Cancellation Policy

Once a session is booked, the fee is nonrefundable. If the session is canceled more than three business days before the session, the fee will remain as a credit to be used when booking a later service. If the session is canceled within three business days of session, fee is nonreturnable and a credit will not be issued. After three cancellations, credits will not be issued and all fees for booked services are nonreturnable.
